We often run into issues where a client doesn't remember their password or just generally has difficulty logging into the platform and then there's a constant back-and-forth of trying to re-add them to the platform. Some of the solutions we have are:
The "forgot password" email doesn't send to a customer when they try to use that CTA so a Jebbit user will log out of Jebbit use the customer's email address to trigger the forgot email address.
If they are in the invite stage (haven't accepted the invite) and wait to long where the initial link expires, then we remove and re-add that doesn't automatically re-send a new no-reply@jebbit.com sign-up email (it's sporadic if it does/doesn't work). So then the trick is for them to sign-up for a free account, which seems unnecessary and a lot of extra steps
I've been told to NEVER remove an active user because that causes issues
