Allow image buttons to have the same design controls (hover, selected) as standard buttons. Right now that isn't an option and I've had Haleon ask about that feature a few times nnow
I just had Fidelity ask about this too. They are using image buttons and don't want to have the button labels turned on, but they do want the user to be able to hover over and see text
