Update slider bar for survey experiences

I would like to see if we are able to update the slider bar on survey experiences so that it starts in the middle position and does not just default to the left most side. This has been a request from a client seeing as the left most position can be the most dissatisfying sometimes. In regards to the type of response. This also gives the user the sense of needing to move the bar.
