Dynamic Text Functionality

Create more functionality with dynamic text

1. Take responses from a SATA screen and display each response in a different button so the user could stack rank their responses from the previous question (or just be able to separate out the responses from a previous screen into normal buttons)

2. More text controls with dynamic text. A client is adding a lot of educational content with dynamic text on a results screen, but by default we separate responses by commas.
