Default Experience Cap Set to 0 when a brand is created

We should have the default experience cap set at 0 or 1 when a new brand is being created. Having it set to unlimited by default puts us at a disadvantage if we don't remember to change the cap. We are getting to a point where we need the product to help us manage the experience cap for customers.


This might be changing with the new brand creation re-design so ignore this if that's the case
