Autoplay plus Auto-volume on for interactive video

There's no ability to choose how you want the video to start - with the volume on or off - in builder. Interactive video is a cool feature, but if we're trying to relay informatino via video in a short amount of timne in order to keep file size down, we need to have audio set to be on as default
