Some clients want to receive reports for a month's worth of data at a time. At the moment, they can use the feature to set the cadence to every 30 or 31 days, but we should make this easier and allow clients to get a monthly report at the top of each new month. So on November 1, they get all of October. On December 1, they get all of November, etc.
