Right now, DPF users can select a setting "only show products that are in stock" but we should make it more clear how we treat Variants and Products differently. It's very clear that most Shopify users think they are treated the same in our product match quiz (using examples like customers trying to show more than one Variant of the same product like Julep and customers like LOCI who think that feature should hide out of stock Variants as some examples here).
We should add text that we should out of stock Variants if a Product has other Variants in stock. This will save Support and Onboarding a lot of time.
