Today, you can't edit the error messaging if someone has not fulfilled the requirements for the maximum # of buttons clicked in Select All That Apply.
Issue: when a client creates a base copy in English, and then purchases localizations to translate an experience - the expectation is that they are able to translate everything within the experience, including all error messages that may pop up (Which is not the case today if they use SATA)
