Ability to schedule multiple publishes or schedule a publish and a deactivation at once

Some customers have content ready for several iterations and want to prepublish them all at once so they don't have to manually publish a new one each day. Similarly, some customers want to be able to schedule a publish and a deactivation at the same time.
