Any edits you make within the vendor pixel UI currently are not tracked in the edit log. This means that if you've published a build and then make pixel UI edits, the builder will still show "published" for you.
I found this recently caused some confusion for some of our clients who made an edit to their GTM container, but didn't realize it wasn't live since the builder showed "published"
