Add ability to modify margins of element wrappers

Many elements in the platform give the ability to modify margin property/spacing. This however is only applied on a child class of an element, and not the base wrapper (which has it's own margin settings you can't modify). You then can end up with a scenario where you're using negative margins to move an element past the unmodifiable wrapper margins, which isn't the best practice.

Ideally you could also modify the margins of the wrapper of an element. There is currently no way to do this self-serve
