Currently we give the option for users to reach out regarding scheduling their report to an SFTP site (Either hosted by the Client, or by Jebbit):

In terms of "expanding", based on feedback from CSMs, this would be equally as valuable to have available within the DPF setup page, where we also support SFTP connections.
In terms of "improving", for both our report scheduler as well as DPF, I understand the option for Jebbit to host the SFTP location is difficult to achieve self-service at this time, but I don't see any major hurdles in the ability to have a Client hosted SFTP location set up self-service.
With the popularity of DPF and SFTP in general, I believe this would help eliminate a lot of the confusion Clients and CSMs have around SFTP hosting.
