Clean up Analytics for Form Field Branching Inputs

When users add branching to their form fields, we create what appear to be duplicate responses in the Question Analytics, Attributes, and Outcome Logic menus. It can be a little confusing to understand which ones represent actual response data, attribute mapping, and outcome logic mapping.
