Add functionality so that Lightbox and Companion units can be triggered on Page Load or by an action based trigger. This would be especially helpful for teams who suppress the Companion or Lightbox code on original page load first to allow users to engage with an external opt-in. If we gave teams with this user journey the option to trigger a unit by either a Page Load or an action, then they would have easier times serving the content to users who are new (need to opt in to cookies so action based trigger is good) and users who are returning (already opted into cookies and so a page load is good)
