Currently only CSV files can be uploaded into the platform. We've run into several issues with global clients who are unable to view the formatting correctly within a CSV making it so they are unable to access some critical parts of the platform (DPF, etc). I'm not sure if there's a technical reason why it needs to happen via a CSV file but it would make it substantially easier for a variety of teams to use these features in the platform
