Remove Other Device View if the screen is part of a Device Traffic Split

If I have a Device Traffic Split, The screen connected to the mobile path should have the Desktop view Disabled in the builder, and viceversa.

I believe this provides more clarity to the Device Traffic splits and avoids confusion when previewing those type of screens.
