With lead forms containing a significant amount of consent language, often accompanied by multiple opt-in boxes, it would be nice to have a condensed version of the consent language, with an option for users to expand and view the full text if desired.
The proposed feature would allow users to include a short version of the consent language in the lead form, with a selectable text such as "Continue reading" or "Learn more." When a user clicks on this text, the remaining consent language would dynamically expand and appear, providing them with the opportunity to review the full details before proceeding.
Importance: This feature would significantly improve user experience by presenting a concise initial view of the consent language, reducing clutter and cognitive load on the form. Users who are interested in reviewing the full details can easily access them with a simple click, while those who prefer a streamlined experience can proceed without interruption.
