Allow spinner font color to be adjusted on each individual pannel

While we can customize each individual panel color, we cannot update each panels text color individually. This means that someone needs to select a color that generally works for all panel colors. I can imagine this would potentially lead to ADA issues where all of the panels might not be as readable as required.
