Live Nation's recent use case would require them to add one more answer column when asking satisfaction score questions that include N/A. Below I'm attaching a mock-up that they shared on what they are trying to achieve. Unfortunately, that team is stressing about the capability since they need it for their marketing strategy. At the moment, I'm trying to identify if this can be implemented via Studio or if Mau can assist here to add in.
If the team were to add this feature enhancement to at least be able to add up to 6 horizontal answer columns, do you have an ETA on when it would be implemented if in the case that it's possible?
BTW, Thank you for your prompt reply to this request!
From a design standpoint it's very difficult to add more columns because of the question header text. Yaya, did you have any thoughts around what this solution could look like? This is something we played close attention to when we designed the question matrix. There may be a solution, just figure I'd ask!
Yeah, I figured it had to do with the design :))
