Ability to add "X" out button to stay fixed top right of experience

Collaborating with Jackie on a L'oreal request feature.

Adding the ability to have an "x" out button at the top right of the experience. So users can click this to "x" close out the experience.

• Ability to track number of close out and make this "x" a redirect to something else.

Add this at the experience design level to be able to apply to all screens similar to how we set up logos in campaigns or the progress bar and we can toggle on and off which screens it appears. ability to make it to the current window changes or if we want to redirect user to a new tab upon that "x"
