Allow Users to create outcomes based on US ZIP code input
This could be useful for clients looking to promote or gate specific products in geographical regions. An example would be, you are only eligible for this product if you are in one of the following ZIP codes: 12345, 12346, 12347, etc. At a prior company, RegEx patterns were used to validate these zip codes.
Technically this can be done with the product feed, but tactically I am not sure how scalable it will be. This is one of those 'devil in the details' situations of the setup and expectation. Happy to take offline!
Do you foresee this zip code data information we gather from asking the end consumer, or are you looking for us to detect it on the backend, say by IP address?
I wonder if there's a workaround using the product feed by flagging products with zip code information and mapping zip codes to location we collect from the end user.
