There is confusion when exporting lead data from the platform. In the Experience Dashboard ("Email Leads") and Question Analytics ("Export > Leads"), the exported CSV file only includes email addresses and excludes other form elements such as first name, last name, and phone number captured during lead submission.
Currently, to obtain the full lead data, users must export the Event Level Report from Question Details, which is not intuitive. This has led to a poor user experience, as clients expect “Export Leads” to contain all lead form fields.
