Allow Overlay Full Screen Response to have a click for "Next Question" versus a timed screen

Currently if you have an answer of a sentence or longer it's difficult for the quiz participant to read and absorb the information before the quiz progresses to the next question. Would be great to allow an option for the user to have to click to progress versus a timed screen that progresses automatically.
