Enable Users to Mark All Answers Correct in Scoring Logic

Clients want to add a trick question into their Scoring Logic quiz where ALL answers are correct.

Currently the platform only lets you select 1 correct answer for every question.

Interestingly, Overlay Responses let you select several/all correct answers, so Scoring Logic I believe should have this feature too.
