Language Selector Dropdown

Add a dropdown element that can dynamically switch the language of an experience for the end user. This comes from a request from Colgate Singapore, but I have also heard from many LATAM and EMEA customers where multiple languages are spoken.

There should be a way to tie an alt text to an image so every time that image is used, it has it.

This is useful because users won't need to manually apply the alt text to every single screen a specific image is on. This option could be added when the users is uploading the media. Also, it could be edited in the media library.
