Add the ability to exclude buttons from poll result overlay

Presently when using an overlay for poll responses, all buttons will display the poll results. However, some users would like the option to exclude a button to hyperlink directly to a product if a user wants to buy it right away.

Prevent first spin when a page with the spinner loads

When a page with a spinner on it loads, the spinner moves a little bit. Then the user can hit the spin button to let it spin. It would be nice to control whether that first movement of the spinner is active or disabled.
